If you have any veal (scallopini cut) or parsnip recipes, share them as I am furiously searching for good recipes at the moment and I have never cooked either. The veal looked so haute and delicious at the store, but now I have to cook it. The parsnips oh so rustic and odd looking, so much more exciting than potatoes. But I know how to cook potatoes. Maybe I can just like bake them, I have fresh rosemary.

I am thinking the veal in a cream sauce (i have no capers or white wine) over pasta and the parsnips on the side.
