Whats funny is this is how I saw America when I was in Ohio. And I imagined that living in California would solve all my problems.
The only one it has solved is my need for jackets of various thickness. Now all I need is one windbreaker or a blazer is spot on too.
California has brought these problems into my life
- The bus. (whats up with that whole situation)
- I miss transfats.
- In Ohio, I was the liberal crazy one. In SF, I am considered closeminded, stodgy and almost a republican.
- Jam bands are popular here. People have drum circles (seriously)
- Let’s not even talk about the whole rent cost situation.
That being said, I’ll take it. I belong to California.
